Nadiya Omelchenko, founder of The Educational Initiatives Foundation, as a leader-participant officially representing Ukraine, signed the Haifa-Jerusalem Declaration at the 32nd International Conference of Women Leaders MASHAV (Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation), which states that:

We, women leaders participants of the MASHAV’S 32nd International Women Leaders Conference … commit to:

⦁ Actively participate in a global network of women leaders to advance inclusive leadership in the age of artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

⦁ Champion gender-responsive Artificial Intelligence (AI) that protects, informs, and uplifts women across all sectors.

⦁ Promote inclusive education and skills development in STEM and AI for women and girls, starting from early learning stages.

⦁ Identify and dismantle gender bias in digital platforms, algorithms, and content to ensure fairness and representation.

⦁ Fostering environments and ecosystems that enable equitable access to education, investment, and other essential resources through multidimensional approaches.

⦁ Including the diverse realities of women and other marginalized groups in all development and technology-driven initiatives, while challenging restrictive cultural norms and perspectives.

⦁ Actively participating and exercising our voice and power in decision-making spaces to build transparency, trust, and gender-inclusive public policy, ensuring effective governance for all.

⦁ Fostering collaboration across governments, startups, researchers, and healthcare professionals to ensure AI serves all communities equitably.

⦁ Promoting global standards that uphold transparency, data protection, and patient safety in AI-driven healthcare.

⦁ Building a future where women, young people, children, and marginalized communities are fully, safely, and equitably represented across the entire lifecycle of generative AI—from problem definition and design to development and adoption. Guided by justice, safety, dignity, and social innovation, we pledge to transform the lives of those affected by violence, exploitation, and systemic exclusion.

⦁ We, women in power and purpose, gathered here in Israel, declare our unwavering resolve to shape the future by advancing women’s leadership, ethical AI, and gender equality. Together, we will build a world where technology serves humanity—and where every woman has the opportunity to lead, innovate, and thrive.
